Because of my friend’s unrelenting referrals, I fell in love with 【Eurovision】, so I’ve been following this for 4 years straight.

The Eurovision Song Contest is an annual televised competition organized by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

The theme of the 2024 contest is “United by music”, and it features 37 performers chosen to represent their country.

I’ll tell you a little bit about the rules of this tournament.

Rule 1: It must be a new song — new tune and new lyrics.

Rule 2: The performance must be no longer than three minutes.

Rule 3: It must be sung live. No lip-syncing!

Rule 4: No more than six people on stage.

Rule 5: No politics. (Though this one can be a little slippery.)

This incident has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life, as well as sparked a discussion on the act of suicide itself. In this essay, I will take a new perspective to identify the right and wrong of suicidal behaviour and illustrate its concerns for the target audience. Negative Social Consequences of Suicide Suicidal behaviour not only causes irreparable harm to the individual but also has a range of negative impacts on society. In the case of this girl’s suicide, for example, no matter what the reason was, her passing away would have brought great pain and sorrow to her family, friends and loved ones.
