When you manage a team, There must be Rules!
The first rule:
the interests of the company are, above all else
The company is a survival platform for all employees, and personal interests cannot and must not conflict with it. Once the trouble arises, the light is reprimanded punishment, the heavy is dismissed. If you destroy the job of the boss or everyone else, no one will have a good life.
Rule 2:
Team is supreme
The team is the lifeline of all departments in the era of market economy where team strength supports industrial entities, unless you are a hollow man from the Moon from an exotic land.
Rule 3:
Hold yourself to your boss’s standards
Although the distribution of individual salaries, commissions, and bonuses is related to job performance, they are ultimately realized based on the source of corporate benefits obtained by the boss. Therefore, to seek the realization and expansion of their interests, it is necessary to require themselves to the boss’s standards. In the team, your supervisor, and your customers, are your boss, and your work attitude must exceed theirs, otherwise, you will always be their blame.
